98 Ford F150 4x4 ( Need Help )

I have a 98 F150 4x4 that needs a little HELP in the POWER department, it has 112,xxx miles and it can't pull a sick whore off the tolet :nonono: so I would like to know what everyone else has done to get some power out of the 5.4 plant?

Don't want to put a lot of money into this, but I do want to get some more power....

cheapest thing you can do is a set of e-fans for it. Really helps the power and the mpg.

ok i used to have an 99 f150 and i made a great stree ttruck out of it so i know what you should and shouldnt do.

do the fallow for cheap power and better MPG:
1- e-fans, a simple 14" and 16" off ebay (search zergo) will do the trick along with a e-fan controller that comes with the 16" one.
2-tune, it will add some power and mpg
3-used CAI will give ruffly 1more mpg and better power.

Tb's,and tb spacers are garbage plain and simple. A tb isnt needed till you have a shit ton of mods.
