So i got this 96 cobra with a 98 swap. Motor may potentialy have internal work done. Not sure on if or what. I was wondering what the factory called for as far as engine oil weight and transfluid to use for a 98 motor and trans. And what weight to use for a 96 assumed stock rear end.

6-6.5 QTS. Obvoiusly final level should be determined by the dipstick. I run motorcraft 5w30 full synthetic.

T45 uses dex/merc ATF. Fill through the shifter until the level is just barely below the fill hole on the side of the trans.
