7 qt Canton pan and added plumbing for the twin turbo's and scavenge pump.
You shouldn't be spinning any bearings with 8 quarts LOL. These oil changes get salty. Its almost like when I had my 7.3 Diesel. That held something like 15-17 quarts. I use to hate those oil changes

I don't put a lot of miles on the car. I have the oil changed every six months due to running pump E54 all of the time.

It may be overkill, but oil is cheap.

Same here. The car doesn't see many miles but I'm changing the oil every 6 months due to running pump E85 24/7.

AZ used to have pump E85. I wish they didn't change to E54, but it should still be very close in octane. I'd like to run more timing, but I don't want to get greedy and chance it.

So bringing this back for SAG's. I had someone ask me how I check my oil running 7 quarts. After a oil change I let the car sit for a few hours. Wiped the dipstick clean then inserted, pulled back out and since I know there are 7qrts, I made a notch in the dipstick as it read a bit over full. Anyone else do this?
