I just recently got this Cobra for 3500 Ik super cheap its because its technically not a true Cobra but I don't mind that. Anyways I need emissions done to get insurance and plates for the vehicle. The previous owner has O/F h pipes and no catalytic converters on it. SO basically Ik it wont pass emissions and he also said the smog pump is clogged which I don't know anything about so what I need Help with is if you guys now an estimated cost on getting a new h pipe with catalytic converters on it and clearing the smog pipe. What do you guys think?

Probably will need cats, which would probably be a few hundred $$. The test reads your computer to make sure all the OBD's are actually on and working. Some custom tunes turn these items off, so the computer can cope with the mods. So you might need some kind of a factory tune. You can probably go to a local Ford dealer to reflash the computer. Then you would need some kind of hand held tuner to upload a custom tune for the mods.
If you register it in elpaso county they don't have emissions
