It's an estimate, probably something similar to what KBB or NADA does where you put the year/make/model and inputs the mileage, that's the estimated. My PSD only has 110k on it, but KBB says it should have 161k.

Edit - looks like KBB changed their site and they don't do that anymore.

Exactly what I thought it was, but haven't ever used that site. The estimated to me, sure sounded very similar to my insurance company that continually puts me at an estimated 12000 - 15000 a year, no matter how many cars I list and no matter how many I have as 'pleasure only'!
