** Updated - dropping price to 14,750 **

For sale is an original 93 Vibrant Red Cobra, number 4300 out of 4993, built at the Dearborn Assembly Plant on 06/10/1993. I have the Cobra certificate, letter from Ford as well as the original window stickers. The car is in great shape, very clean, with a host of mods over the years and just under 65,000 miles.

I am the fourth owner of the car and I know all but the original owner. I bought the car from a friend in 2005, had the engine completely rebuilt and have put around 5,000 miles on the car since. Everything except the block (still the stock block) was upgraded to top quality components. The block was bored out to a 331, machined and balanced.

List of mods include:
331 stroker with girdle
Canfield heads (these heads are huge)
Trickflow chromoly rods
D1 Procharger w/ undermount intercooler
Tremec TKO transmission
Short-throw shifter
Aeromotive fuel system
- A1000 pump (brand new pump in late '14)
- aeromotive filter (after the pump)
- stainless lines
- vortech pressure regulator and rails
- larger injectors
Upgraded throttle body
Upgraded MAS
Fluidyne aluminum radiator
Goodyear hoses
Flex-a-lite dual fans
Aluminum drive shaft
BBK Long-tube headers w/ offroad h-pipe
BBK caster camber plates
Upgraded suspension
Welded sub-frame bracing
Diablosport performance chip
Moroso sump oil pan and high flow oil pump
Auto meter boost, temp and fuel pressure gauges

The car is very clean with a few small blemishes (see below) on the body. Looks 100% stock other than the 3 auto meter gauges. The interior is in great shape and has an Apline deck, Alpine amp, sub tube (throwback to the 90s!) and Focal components in the front. There is also a power sun roof.

I had it dyno-tuned in Albuquerque, NM after the motor was rebuilt and with a very conservative tune and 7lbs of boost it puts out just over 400 RWHP.

Issues:
To be upfront, there are a few things that I want to point out:
- At one point the belt on the supercharger snapped and caused a crease in the hood. This happened before I owned the car.
- There is a dent at the top of the passenger side a-frame. This also happened before I owned the car.
- There is some slight fading on the rear bumper.
- There is a scratch on the rear drivers side fender.
- The sun roof need new weatherstripping. There was a leak and it caused the sun roof motor to burn up, so it also needs to be replaced.
- The check engine light is currently on, but from what I can remember it's always been on after the motor rebuild and smog removal.

I have kept an eye on the body issues noted above and while there is some slight paint chipping on items 1 and 2, it hasn't gotten any worse over the last 9 years.

I'm selling this to get a SUV to haul around our soon-to-be little boy.

Asking $14,750 and the car is located in Denver, CO.

I'd love to get any feedback around the price I have right now. It's my best guess at what the car is worth given all the other Cobra's I've seen up for sale. Thanks for any thoughts you guys have.

Beautiful cobra. It's going to take the right buyer to pick this up, but I bet you'll get 19k+ IMO at least.
