8-Thread spark plug hole cylinder heads

Welp, the plug shooter head finally had its chance. Cylinder 3 spark plug blew out on the highway and engine was running super rough and through misfire code. Looking into the 8 thread spark plug heads and i'm not sure how to identify / who sells them. Not looking for anything performance, just a stock replacement to get it back up and running. Any advice?

Just put an 8 thread insert in it if the combustion chamber is ok

To point, aren't they 9-thread? I know the 2003-2004 revised heads were 9-thread.
