I have an 04 Cobra and would like to make a 700 horsepower street car. I currently have 2.76 pully, JLT intake, x pipe & borla stingers tuned by LUND on an SCT. The car came with a wet nitrous kit that i need to finish so ill have that option as well...

What is the best & wallet friendly way to get to 700 horsepower? Is E85 worth it? port the blower? 100 shot?

Ported blower, full bolt on and 100 shot on E85 MAY get you 600.

But you'll need injector, a pump(I would go with a return system), solid rear(personal choice)

But E85 is the shit, my buddy made 696 on 93 and made 752 on E85, same dyno same day.

Wallet friendly and 700hp shouldnt be in the same sentence. Lol.
If staying with a PD blower, I would move to a twin screw or tvs with e85.

IMO, the easiest way to accomplish this is with a turbo kit and e85. If I could do it all over thats the route I would take.

We used to run a M112 ported at 18 psi and a 250 shot. Got the 4100lb race weight Marauder to go 10.15. Never dyno'd the N2O but just the blower made 480 thru the 4R70W. This was on a stock 03-04 cobra long block.

So, if I add a 100 shot to my 552 on E-85 and blower I will be lucky to hit 600

Well lets see what the "budget" will be lol.. Usually I don't do this, but I figure wth.. These are from Lethal and new parts

$4018: 2.9L Whipple
$1029: Lethal Budget return fuel system
$400: 80lb SD injectors
$150: Used SCT MAF
$936: McLeod RXT with 26spline
$369: 26 spline input shaft
$150: 104 Unleaded Race gas for the tune
_________
$7052 without install....

And I'm probably missing a few things... Plan for around that plus odd and end things that add up.. If you do the work yourself this could be the bare minimum with new parts. Ofcoarse you can find shit used.. and I used a 2.9L whipple because imo it'll make 700rwhp easier than a 2.3...

Why do people waste time to post stupid comments?

Mofobucks? has a Ported Eaton, E85 & Nitrous and makes anywhere from 630 to 700 depending on who hes racing, according to him.

You guys act like I need to spend $10,000 to make it happen. Guys are spraying the house down with 165shots and making well over 700 horse. Sorry I even posted this question.

Probably for the same reason you posted a thread that could be answered with the search feature and a little leg work:bash:

My car also makes between 630 and 800 depending on who I am talking to as well:lol1:

No one said you needed to spend 10G's but, If you want a solid 700 setup then are are going to spend north of 6-7G's to do it right. If you only care about a dyno number and not making to car safe and capable of managing that type power then of course you can go a cheaper route, hence my previous 300 shot comment.

Hope this helps:thumbsup:

If I had $14,000 in my cobra and it didn't make north of 750 I would sell it.
