Cool release. Curious about power numbers. Hope they stuff this in more vehicles, including the raptor

In the SD I’m going to guess 425hp and 525 torque.

I've got a new F-250 6.7. It's a beast. Pulls the car hauler effortlessly. With no load (if you want) it'll leave out quicker than any hot rod I knew of in my younger days. Hell of a truck.
Any upgrade from that, will be epic.
    Good job Ford!

I'M EXCITED about the 7.3 gas/10 speed powertrain! And I like the grill on the King Ranch, at least. Hopefully by 2022, when I would order one, we can get a color like saddle in the Lariat instead of the two ridiculous choices available in the 2019's. Either of which will be a migraine headache to keep looking clean!

The nostrils on the grill are interesting, I have to admit I do prefer the look of the this truck over the 17-19 trucks.

    The headlights look really good.

Saw the new numbers for the 6.6 gas motor for gm 401hp 464ftlbs still behind a 6 speed auto. The new 7.3 with the 10 speed auto is going to own the gas market.

Somehow Dodge/Ram will release the 7.0L engine and have it on the lots before Ford releases the 7.3L HP/TRQ numbers.

That new gasser will be a massive hit. Unless you're hauling some serious weight, there is zero need to check the diesel option. That is unless you like wasting money.

    .....and thank god no DoD.

Hope this is nothing like the 6.8 V10. That motor drank gas.

I know it's a truck, but really wondering what type of mileage it gets.

I personally see this as a failure. Port injection and in block cams is a step backwards. Why even bother.

Embrace simplicity. Less parts and complexity = less that can go wrong.

OHV have a distinct advantage over OHC engines in low rpm applications. There is nothing low tech about a cam-in-block engine. Simply a different way of actuating valves.
