Well, after getting the whipple (finally) we bolted her on tuned it a bit on the street as it was late and could not get to a dyno (our's is on the way from MD so we use other peoples). The dyno was done at Protech Performance in Toronto. Great bunch of guys. On the street, the car pulled amazing, with a pretty rich A/F and 15* of timing. Defiantly better then my eaton with 2.8.

Time to toss it on the dyno. I had no clue what to expect at 13.5psi but the car put down an impressive 533rwhp and 485rwtq SAE with a 2hour cool down. FP was fine with the stock injectors but the pump was VERY close to maxing out (close enough I would never install this on a customer car without upgraded pumps or a bap - not worth risking anything). I had to see what she would make with some tweaking.

I leaned her out some and added more timing (calculated total of 18.25) and the car made 550.7rwhp and 491.2rwtq with about 6min between the two runs (car was sitting for about 2hrs before this)

Again, FP was fine but looking at the graph you can see problems. As guessed, the pumps were completly maxed out, which caused the lean condition at the end of the pull (wideband was pretty much on par with the sniffer - i use both for comparison and guides)

Detuned the car to 530rwhp/489rwtq on a semi safe tune and called it a year. This Winter comes big upgrades and lots of boost. We will be south of the border with our baaaad 2V's and 4V's next season.

Here is the dyno chart (you can see where the pumps maxed out). Sorry for quality, scanner is broke so i took a photo of it

Nice numbers! I would hate to think how much money I'd still be pouring into my Cobra if I hadn't sold it. Now David (new owner) can spend the money. LOL!

Ha Ha Ha....yeah, they are money pits but worth it. This thing is going 10's MINIMUM next season. We have Canada's fastest 2V on stock block, Canada's fastest 2V with Built Motor and Power Adder and hopefully I can clinch Canada's fastest 03 Cobra/4V.

Maybe come down south and run some serious car's ;-)
