No clunking, only noise the car has is rattling dash vents which will be getting epoxied today.

A little more interior work.

I swapped out the Hurst shifter for my preferred MGW shifter and installed a Saleen shift knob.

Then I installed a dark charcoal 04 cobra back seat

Sometimes it’s the little things. New rubber cup holder

Then I had a custom flat bottom steering wheel made. Alcantara on the top and bottom, perforated on the side. Carbon fiber ring at 12 O’clock. And much more aggressive styling. I decided to swap out the steering column cover and airbag out to black ones.

Finally, I got a new VIN sticker for the door jam.

Out with the old (it peeled off during paint)

what a phenomenal job you've done enhancing this car even further bro. The fact that you are respectful enough to ask my $.02 before you do anything even though you literally owe me nothing and don't have to, is pretty cool. Love staying in the loop. Great work

I decided to remove the thermostat housing from the lower radiator hose, remove the Y block and install a Cobra Engineering cross over delete. This will combine the Y block and the thermostat housing, while also moving the thermostat closer to the engine. I’ll be starting with a 160* thermostat, it uses a old Chevy 350 thermostat.

Spend a few hours today polishing the parts, they looks really nice.

Since the new thermostat will be housed in the upper radiator hose I swapped out the lower radiator hose with a new one and eliminated the old thermostat housing.

Holy smokes! I love it! I will chat with you tomorrow since tonight is a potato juice night. My car probably needs this!
