Certainly would, but it won't help floor pan clearance or steering shaft clearance. I got the flaming river steering shaft to help. It gets rid of the rag joint and frees up space. I'm still debating on the k member, but it all adds up price wise. Remember the 5.4 is taller and wider so the exhaust is going to not only move out, but up and sometimes causes some floor pan to collector clearance issues. Long tubes make all of this harder. There are some shortly headers that fit. I went with the bassani mid lengths because they have individual tubes and will be easier to test fit and modify. Also just make the car more streetable especially if you're lowered.
