5.0L/6 speed auto into a 1951 f100

So a few months ago my father gifted me his 1951 Ford f100 and it’s in pretty decent shape for a restoration. I purchased a 5.0l and a 2wd 6speed. It came from a 2011 f150 including harness and pcm. I am very aware of how much work this is going to be but it is the route I want to go. I was curious on everything else I need to get this engine running without throwing codes. I appreciate all the help I can get from you guys. Just an FYI I am a mechanic by trade so I should be able to do most of everything except of course tuning and programming.
