Do you think someone could tune a EFI 460 in a 98 cobra using the stock 98 cobra computer?

I think it would depend on how many stock sensors are used. I can already see a problem with the cam sensors. I'm not sure what could be done to adapt those. If you want EFI I would look into an aftermarket set up.
