Yes they will work but from what I understand it's a little bit of work to get em to fit.

if there are headers and oil pan made for the swap, then what's so hard bout the swap? CHI in Australia makes nice aluminum heads and intakes.
Is keeping the power steering an issue or a/c ?

It's not hard, the only hard part is finding a good motor.

And yes, P/S and A/C are an issue, but people have worked around it.

Ah sweet pics! I picked up a nice four bolt main 351c and want to put it in 4banger stanger. I wonder if anyone makes those brackets? Do you know the guy who's car that is in the pics?
