Agreed. I had the R888s in 315/30 a while back and they looked a little rubber band-ish to me. Would probably jive if the car were really low and the front tires had a lower side profile as well.

Final verdict. I went with 305/35/18. I just couldn’t find anything decent in 315/35/18.

What wheels did you go with?
I run the same tire and size on my 98. Perfect fit and hooks like a mofo.
I had those on my 14 500. They hooked, but they didn’t turn (to be expected with a tire like that). Last year I couldn’t find Mickeys so I reluctantly switched over to R888R’s. And they are awesome! Not as stick as the Mickeys, but by far a better street tire for me. My 2014 is a little over 700 at the wheels.
I have Cup 2’s on my 2020 CFTP. And those are killer tires. I love them.

I’m on HR sports no ISOs on 305/35 18 MT.
Car was rolled when I got it.
I very rarely will get a rub where the rear bumper cover meets the rear quarter. Little screw right there. Happens on he freeway if there’s a big dip and I have a passenger.

I'm looking at R888R tires for my Saleen 18x10" rear wheels and trying to decide between 305/35 or 315/30, any advice?

I watched @KyleSVT 's video and see that he was running 315/30 on the rears which look perfect to me, and the fronts look like 275/35. However I'm wondering about the overall heights - the rears would be 25.4" and the fronts would be 26.7" , that doesn't make it sit weird with the fronts taller? (I would think you would want the rears taller for a mean rake look?)
