Probably 3:00 or 4:00 --- taking the sun tan lotion and making a day of it.

If I don't see you there, I'll run into you at one of the tracks.
Are you going over to Fontana on Sunday?

Look forward to meeting you. Your car might be the high HP car there that day so we need to contrive a way to at least get one pull.
Looks like there will be people there from 8:30 am until at least 3:00pm, with the normal bell curve ha ha

Volunteer needed. Can one of you guys who are close to BBRacing drop by there Friday evening so he can test out a new RPM sensing device that he bought for our Dyno Day? If not Marwane or I will get out there early Sat. but it would be good to test it early. We have already used the other device he has, but Mark thinks this part could work better on the Cobras. (I have no other details on the new part -- if I get any I will update this thread.)

Looks like the weather is supposed to cooperate Saturday.

He said he can use the bung. I think I will know a lot more about the reality somewhere around 4:00 pm Saturday. ;-)
I hope it's not :xpl:
See you Saturday.
We will be going to Fontana Sunday to celebrate the 16 year old turning 17.

Change to the change, I have to go TDY immediately so I'll be gone for a little bit. Sorry but I'm sure you guys understand.

Sorry Tetge,
As I said I was planning to be there, and you're right, I have ran better at Fontana than LACR, but a full day of road racing in Las Vegas has forced me to change my plans.
No worries, there'll be plenty of other chances for some more videos of me leading you down the 1/4 mile :lol1:
If you do go I think you'll be surprised at the difference in the tracks, the last time I was there, I ran a 12.79 at 111mph on F1's, and that was the very first run for the day.
So, if you go, I'm sure you'll easily beat your previous best, and I have no doubts that if you do, we will ALL hear about it, and hear about it, and hear about it, and.........well, you get the picture.:rollseyes
Good luck mate

ttt

If it's convenient, slip a cloth foldup chair in your trunk when you head out.

We will have a bucket and some soft cotton rags for pre-picture prep...

Hey James,

Did the BBQ pan out, or was that just wishfull thinking? There's plenty of food nearby, but was just curious..

I'll bring my digcam to snap some photos during the day. Also bringing tools, and the left over trim stuff (can't remember the name) for the hood mod.

A big THANKS to you for doing all the setup work on this event.

By the way, the Magnaflow cat-back installed easily and sounds GREAT. No way to tell yet if it pulls harder....
