I realize this is a very conservative setup in comparison to most here, but I really don't want much more power. My rear tires will be 285 Nitto NT555 ZRs and I don't want to make 1st obsolute (factory 3.55s). I'm not sure what my specific car dynos, but with most getting 360-380 rwhp stock, I'm hoping to land in the 405-410hp range. The only other performance mod will be a Maganaflow Catted X and Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-back. I will be dyno tuning this car at Houston Performance.

If thats all your lookin for I'd skip the pulley and get a K&N FIPK or some other type of cold air intake. That with your cat back you should be close to your goal.

Really? That seems like a lot. I mean, assuming I'm on the short end of the stick on my baseline, I'd gain 45hp from a tune, midpipe, and CAI?

Like these guys said just pick up an intake like the JLT RAI. Intake/exhaust and a dyno tune will put you in the 420-425rwhp range most likely.
