Thanks for the reply guys

Leaning towards going with the 3.0L whipple
Supporting mods as @MG0h3 and @01yellercobra said

Fore level 2 kit
Walbro 465 Pumps
Sct Maf
ID1050x Injectors

Also just wanted to clarify, I said earlier im looking for roughly 650rwhp. I should have worded that better.
I am looking to run as much hp I safely can on stock internals. As for 94 octane would definitely be the easiest for me as e85 is pretty hard to get a hold of where I live (otherwise would love to run e85).

Last question I had was, I’m trying to do this in the most cost efficient order, I know Return fuel system/pumps/injectors/MAF is needed 100% and clutch is also ordered but is upgrading the manifolds to long tubes the next beneficial route with this build at the moment or are there other recommended mods instead of spending 2k on LT’s

Thanks again

I'm at 700 on stock manifolds. The only reason I'm going to put on headers is because I already have them from an old car.
