I have mt ss 295/55-15 on 15x10’s. I have them at 20 psi so they won’t wear the middle so bad. Are 275/60-15 better for that so I could run a bit more air? I get some sway with the 295’s at 20 psi. These are for street, I have pro’s for track use

bump them to 24-26 psi and you shouldn't wear the centers out they will run cooler and long hauls you could even run them 30 plus the 10" wheel should lay that 295 out very well-

I'm going to disagree with your post. I ran a set of 295/55/15's on 15x10s at 28-30psi on the street and some mexico events. At the track I would lower them down to 18psi but I could not get traction at all. It turns out the tire wore out the center and only was using the outside edges of the tire.

Ive since switched to the 275/60/15 ET street R and have fixed my traction issues. I run them at 16-18psi with no sway issues.

I am not impressed with the 295, I had them at 24psi and was still wearing out the center. They do hold pretty good at my power level of 635rwhp. But I don’t like not being able to have more air. They have a couple more months left in them but I probably switch to 275/60
