I have a 2000 mustang gt and just got some 18/10 DD for the rear. Now I would like to know if a 295/40/18 would fit without rubbing the fender going over bumps? The 295/35/18 that I have on there now are not tall enough for my taste. If anyone has that set up, can you post a pic? Remember its a 2000 mustang gt. Thanks you guys

At 27.3" diameter I'm pretty sure you will rub with a street tire that tall unless you have your fenders rolled.

Did mine this fall to clear 28s

I don't know if it helps but I have a 96 mustang on eibach coil overs with 18x9 in front with KDW2 255/40/18 and on the rear i have Azenis rt-615k 18x10 295/45/18, the front is dropped by 2 inches and rear about 1.8 inches. I needed to roll my fenders and it rubs just a bit on the rear bumper when I Autocross, nothing serious... I will post pics tomorrow...

Every car is different.. They WILL fit, that can be promised, but you may need to to a few slight modifications.. It all depends on your wheels, tires, and how closely the axle is to center. My right rear tire has alot more room than my left year.. I'm running 315/30/18's with no problems at all, but I did roll my fenders just to be safe...
