2021 gt fastback manual pp1 301A?

Hi everyone. I had ordered 2020 mustang gt pp1 manual 301A ...didn’t pan out due to production cuts / covid. Dealer got me to try automatic... very good but just not for me. I recently noticed lawsuit re 11-19 manual transmissions and many negative comments online. I understand the Getrag mt82 (which replaced the tremec 3650) was revised to mt82-d4 on 18-19 models. Is it same on 20-21 and is it problematic? I plan on placing same order for 2021 and keeping it stock. Looking for opinions.... thanks
