Wondering if it’s worth swapping on a 18+ f150 intake manifold on a 2013 5.0? If so, I realize a tune / re-tuning is needed.
Couple questions:
1) If it’s worth doing, what’s the power increasing going to be?
2) what other parts, wiring, lockout is needed besides the manifold itself.

I did this on my 12. I have a vortech JT and e85. I went from 860/682 down to 839/683. The peak torq happened over a 1000rpm sooner. Weird thing is 18 truck manifold peak H.P. was 200 rpm higher, but it was 20hp less than stock intake. 18 truck intake on a 11-17 truck would be great, keep away from mustangs.

No. You'll pick up more low end tq but you'll run out of steam up top. It isn't designed for top end. Just get a gen 3 mustang manifold.

Yes it was a 18 truck manifold. If your car is a auto with stock converter don’t change manifold. If your car is manual go with 18 mustang intake.
