I don't really know where they were manufactured. I bought them from oemdirect, they have a e-bay store. I am happy with the fit and finish, they come black but you can paint them. I installed them with 3x Velcro from lowes. You can remove for cleaning and put them right back on.

I like them. Are you planning to paint them?

I've been looking at a set like that on LMR. Thinking about doing that with either an emblem delete or black emblem swap to go for a "Bullitt" look on my guard metallic.
