2013 headlight with broken top mount

if I want to install used headlight with broken top mount is there any problem with that??

it will need to be fixed, use the other side housing to get measurements and fab up a mount, it's hidden so it won't need to be pretty. but there are only 3 mounting points (one on top, two on the bottom) and all 3 need to be structurally sound
