Seems like it's nicely equipped...I can see it's got Recaro's, Electronics package, Shaker, SVTPP, Track package, and car cover. So, it's fully loaded except the glass roof. Get an Oasis report. Carfax is on their website. If it all checks out, offer them 39k, settle on 40 or 41. Good deal.

Just saw the carfax...no accidents, quite a few oil changes & a clutch replacement. Seems good - get an Oasis report from the Ford dealer.

Yes typical pricing from a dealer.
OP, there are cleaner lower mile cars available for that price.
And, have you ever had a black car? If you're OCD, they can be challenging to own/maintain.

Less than 3K miles per year, not bad mileage.
Noticed the Radar detector on the gauge console, probably just me but could be a sign of high speed runs. Looks like rear tires are wider also.

I'd check this car over closely and def get a compression shake down test.

Also think the paint isnt in best shape either. Looks like it needs a really good paint correction imo.

I wouldn't pay a penny over 40,000 for it imo.
