Cecil County's new track is hooking hard!

I was there this past Wednesday and for the first time could not hook at all. I spun through 2nd gear and even spun the 3-4 pretty damn hard. Ended up going 12.2 at 117 with a 1.98 on the stock tires. Maybe it was just an off night for them prep wise.
