Decided to remove some weight. Took out the carpeting, most of the center console, both door cards were removed as well but I didn't have enough time or energy to get to the rear plastic panels on the sides.
Did you weight any of it to see what you lost?Decided to remove some weight. Took out the carpeting, most of the center console, both door cards were removed as well but I didn't have enough time or energy to get to the rear plastic panels on the sides.

Wait, so you're gutting the interior of a streetcar? Why?
You're right. No idea where I could've gotten that.
I think they're a bit more in line with lower end drag radials like a 555R
Didn't have a ton of time to really work on the car this weekend, but we should be putting in the oil cooler within the next couple weeks so we can finally start testing. Put the wheels on though, got that done at least:

Oh man what happened to the forgestars:cryying:
I still have them for now. Can't really do much with them since they won't fit any other car perfectly so I'll keep them and use them occasionally when I need to take off the HRE's for the track. Not really showing the car anymore so no more need for a 20" wheel.
Oh I understand then if your aren't showing it anymore then.
Do you plan on getting a bigger rear wing?
Oh yes, absolutely. I wish I had the ability of buying everything I need all up front, but with cash tied up it wasn't one of the items that was at the top of the list to get. I already know I'm going back to APR for the wing, but it'll have to wait. Maybe I've been a good boy this year and Santa will bring me one for Christmas
Maybe lol. It will be a great track car for sure! Going to lower it some more?
Yep! That wheel gap appeared after I put on the new wheels because they're not as tall as the Forgestars were with tires. Will certainly be lowering the rear a good chunk, and the fronts will go down a bit as well.
