Last thing here - the cluster you get - if it's used - MIGHT be from a manual car... and if you are reading this thread, you are likely reading it because you did this on an AUTO. This step is purely cosmetic... but it's a very NICE step... The IPC, if from a manual transmission donor, doesn't understand the notion of Sport Shifting... You can tell if this is an issue because when you put the shifter into "S" nothing will appear on the LCD screen and when you thumb up and down the gears you will NOT see the gear you are in on the display. If that's where you are after all the wiring is done - then your cluster was from a manual car... So - this is an easy one - take the VIN you used for everything else - get the AS-BUILT for the IPC from that car and using your VCM2 and IDS, do Module Programming and select the IPC - then tell it you are going to manually update the AS-BUILT - and put in the codes - and that's it. Now the cluster is an Auto cluster - and even the fancy bells and whistles of showing you the gear and everything else from the Sport Shifting is now in your cluster. (I can't take credit for figuring this out - it comes from asking very smart people how this worked and the originators of this swap / mod / upgrade here)
