What, if anything, is done to the car now performance-wise? There are SO many ways to reach what you want. If you play your cards right, you can accomplish the same effect without actually having 700RWHP. First and foremost, get your [rear] suspension addressed. I think everybody here will agree with that. "Power is nothing without control." - Pirelli Tires Get yourself some Lower Control Arms (LCA), Upper Control Arm (UCA) (and mount), and a Watts link. After that, it's all personal opinion on how to get there. I personally agree with getting a Whipple 2.9. With the Whipple 2.9, you can slap that on with a 2.75" pulley and change nothing else and be at your RWHP goal. You will probably be inundated with posts recommending the VMP TVS Gen 2[R]. VMP's TVS has been the bandwagon of choice the past few years, and is fast becoming the de facto blower of choice for the GT500. The VMP is a great blower, but be forewarned. The owners will tell you of huge numbers they're getting and how much cheaper it is versus the "big boys". What they'll often neglect to tell you is that they also added $3K+ in other mods to get those numbers, i.e. headers/exhaust, injectors, fuel system, fuel pump boosters, upper/lower pulleys, etc. Anyway, we need to know more about what you want to do with the car. Street bruiser? Drag rat? Corner carver? What?
