2012 eacape 3.0L in svt contour

I know the 04-05 escape/taurus motors will fit with a few mods, but does anyone know if the 2012 motors will or will not? And y?

My brother has a '99 Contour SVT with a Taurus motor in it. Don't know the details on the donor motor though.

Thanks for the response, I just picked up a clean 98 with a blown motor as a project. So I'm trying to get details down before I start buying parts.
