What do you mean by not having to worry about the transmission breaking? Is there an Issue with the new 5.0's 6 speed I am not aware of?

Also is the Car financed or do you have the title free and clear? Feel free to PM me finance institution information. If financed, would it be a lateral transfer of debt owed or do you have some equity you want to get out of it?
