2011 mustang CDC Deck lid small trick to make it look even nicer.

Just bought a CDC Deck lid and liked how it looked from the back view but once you would go to the side of the car the lights looked recessed. I took the lights off and put 5 washers on all 3 studs and put them back on. What a difference I love the way it looks.

Looks great! Now get yourself a GT500 spoiler! Aside from wheels, best visual mod money can buy, IMO

Any particular size (thickness) washers or just standard washers?

I did the 5 washer thing but now there isn’t enough of the stud protruding for the 2 plastic push fasteners to grab onto. I does look way better than before though.
