I'm running stock 19"s with P-zero 245 /45/19. What are my options for a wider rear tire - retaining the stock rims and not bulging out the fendor well ?

Your stock 19" wheels are quite limiting with them only being 8.5" wide. I'd recommend looking into the 255/45R19 and the 265/40R19 sizes. Anything wide than this and we'd recommend upgrading your wheels as well.
