2010 GT500 Need help

I found a car that I like but I've been out of the Shelby world for quite awhile. Please give me your thoughts on what you guys think this car is worth. Much appreciated..

Looks a tad high price wise but otherwise a nice low mileage example. Does have a few aftermarket parts - suspension (if write up is accurate) and looks like non oe wheels.

Personally, I wouldn't pay over 41, but that's me. I think 42 isn't too much to ask.

Those are super snake rims. Zoom in on the pictures and you can see it etched in the rim. I've been watching that one too. A little rich for my tastes, but people are asking $800-1000 each for those rims. If/when I buy a gt500, that's how I will build it cosmetically. Its on ebay too

The car itself is realistically worth (selling, not asking) $37-39k... you can get 2011's for $40-42k easily. The suspension and rims? I would add another $3000 (I know they cost more... ) for a total of $40-42k. No more...
