30 of the 50 U.S. States require a front license plate to be displayed and some, like CA, have fines as high as $157.00. I am not saying you have to run a front plate and I realize it's that last thing most 2010-2012 GT/Roush/GTCS/BOS 302 owners want to do. I am only providing you with a solution and 100's of 2010+ Mustang customers so far, like this solution as well.
.

Craig's Custom Mustang Brackets is offering it's "No Drill" Front License Plate Bracket at a 10% discount off (non sale prices) to SVTP members. "Absolutely No Drilling" is required and install/removal can be done in a matter of minutes. Put it on to drive and take it off to show/race. Heck, keep it in your trunk or behind your seat with your plate mounted to it and if you get pulled over, get it out, install it and say you forgot to put it back on after you washed your car last time.

All my brackets have rubber bumper protection in place, so no metal part of the bracket ever touches the painted portion of the car. They are hand crafted out of architectural grade aluminum, powder coated or polished and come with all stainless steel mounting hardware.

Offered in Satin Black Only: (Prices below are discounted 10% OFF (non sale prices) from my website for SVTP members)

Fits: 2010-2012 Mustang GT, GT/CS, Roush (without lower grill) and Boss 302

Satin Black Powder Coated: $43.95 (Shipping $7.25)

PM me for details on how to purchase this bracket at the discounted price. I accept Paypal, Check, Money Order or I can take your order over the phone with a Credit Card (Visa, M/C, AMEX, Discover). International customers contact me for shipping options.

I've been in need of this since I am in MD and I didn't want to drill the bumper.

Craig, the hardware doesn't appear to be "optimal" as depicted in the photos you provide. It looks as though the countersunk bolt you provide should instead be a straight shanked bolt with a flat on the underside of the head. Also, it looks as though the fastener also extends past the nut - simply begging for a gentle push into the front fascia when someone backs into the plate while you've parked your car somewhere. I'd suggest threading the holes in your brackets so that any fastener used could terminate flush with the bracket itself when fully seated.

That is not the provided hardware for mounting the license plate. It was used just to take pictures with. I provide black teflon license plate nuts/screws with each bracket now. They are easy to cut to length if you decide to put a plastic cover over the plate and won't scratch the paint unless you really hit the bracket hard.

good to see someone has a product where you don't have to drill holes in the bumper!! Every dealer in a state that requires front tags should use these.

that was the one issue I had when I got my 03 Cobra and brought it back up to MD.. I was moving to FL in a month and didnt want to drill a hole in the front bumper for a month, so I rode around without the front plate. Ended up getting pulled over and got a citation for it, which now shows up on my insurance as "driving an unregistered vehicle" gggrrr...

$43 is a small price to pay! thats about how much my insurance went up a month.
