Somebody make me an offer. No reasonable offers will be refused. Id like to move this car along. I have a piece of land I am looking to purchase. The Shelby is going to need a new battery. I will replace the battery. It is sitting in my barn right now under a small layer of dust. This is not a reflection of how well it is cared for, my horses pulled down a plastic tarp between my two adjoined barns and dust kicked up by them traveled over to where the car is.Its freezing in Wisconsin, so obviously I cannot clean it at the moment from what they have done. No trades unless you are looking to trade and pay the 13k I owe the bank. Cash or check. You can have the car after the check clears 100%. The bank has the title. You will get the title after they get the funds and release it.
I have had this Shelby for a few years now. I bought it and it was a basket case. It’s no longer a basket case due to me fixing the majority of the little issues it had. The car has been repainted with a color that shifts from Torch Red to Orangeish. It’s called the Ironman.
The Shelby is tuned on E85
Has ID 1000 injectors
Full length headers
High flow cats
2.5 pulley
Upgraded intercooler
Snow meth is installed but needs a few minor parts to complete the instal
Kennie Bell boost a pump
Wideband
New nitto tires all the way around
Has eibach full lowering suspension installed with struts sway bar etc... adjustable
Interior is brand new
I redid all the seats.
Has Raxiom navigation
Raxiom tail lights
Brand new OEM Shelby headlights from ford.
What does it need?
2nd gear synchros replaces. Runs and drives fine but has the notorious 2nd gear synchro issue. Ford quoted me $1000 if I bring them the trans.
Wet sanded. I have too many projects and was never able to finish the wets sanding. The paint is decent.
Needs the door weatherseals installed. I have them. Easy 30 min job.
I’d recommend new plugs. The cars has barely been driven. Last year it through a cylinder 4 missfire code at me. It went away and never came back. Happened once.
This Shelby runs out nice and extremely strong. Every person that sets foot in it exclaims its the fastest car they have ever been in. When cleaned up it is a very nice car. Not perfect, but if you want to get into a shelby at an affordable price, then this will be it.
Has around 45,000 miles on it.
Why am I selling it? Because I don’t have time to enjoy it. It sits in my barn. I have only put around 1500 miles on it since I owned it.
There is still a loan on this so the bank has the clear title.
