Recently noticed a switch under the seat control's on the driver side ,the switch leads back to the neutral safety switch ,when switched to the on position the car won't start, when turned off it starts fine now out of no where it doesn't start at all with the switch on or off , or disconnect, also recently put in a quadrant and firewall adjuster, any ideas what could be causing this problem, possibly a bad netural safety switch ? Need help thanks!

Floor mat between the pedal and floorboard can cause this. I'd check that and everything you've recently touched under there. Would be quite a coincidence for the safety switch to have failed right after being under there.

The switch under the driver's seat isn't factory. That sounds like a kill switch. Try removing the switch and connecting the wires to see if the car starts.

How did they route the wires from the clutch position sensor (neutral safety switch) from the clutch pedal to the on/off switch under the seat?
Trace them out and see if one got pinched somewhere or if the butt-splice connector came loose you show in your pic above or where it’s spliced together at the harness. Also get under the dash and get your eyes on the neutral safety switch and push the clutch pedal all the way to the floor (might need a friend to help with that) and make sure the plunger is depressed all the way when the clutch pedal is pushed in.
