Are you dead set on over 10k? The current KBB (in good condition, private party) is 7,240.00 with mileage, leather, power options etc. Your asking price is 3,260 over the potential KBB value, which is what is turning buyers off. Retail from a dealer 9780.00, and as we know dealers always have the ability to mark the car up due to inspections, cleaning, paperwork etc.
If you are willing to move down on the price I would be interested in taking it off your hands.
