SOLD

I've been holding on to an engine for too long.
I got a super low mileage (less than 2000) engine on trade a few years back.
I was keeping it for a restomod project that never happened.
All of my time, and money, have gone into my 2005.
Engine is an 8 bolt manual trans and is complete with harness and shaker brackets. It is only missing the AC compressor. It was covered and stored in a heated garage.

I'm located in Michigan.

UPDATED: I'm offering free shipping to lower 48 at the $3250 price.

will be for a while...

LOL I hope not.
I'm curious as to why anyone would be concerned.
This is a great engine with loads of potential (as most here know).
Plus its complete so no digging around for missing parts.
Let me know your thoughts.

Since you asked.
First, you have basically no post history.
Second, nearly 4 grand is very steep for a non-forged 4v.

Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback.
I'll give you the post history cause I am new to this site as a member.
I am however very active on (classicbroncos.com, username 77-302 and themustangsource.com username True-HP).

Regarding price, I did check out craigslist/ebay etc etc....to get a starting point for a Forged crank manual Mach 1 engine. I priced it based on similar engines (96-01cobras)

My starting price was based on the fact that this engine is practically brand new and not a worked over 40k+mile engine and I thought the price was comparable to what I saw available on the net.

With that being said... I am willing to entertain offers or answer anyone's questions.

Those with so many thread posts should maybe re-read the forum rules. If you disagree with the price then don't buy it. The fact you post on everyone’s threads to raise your own post count does not elevate you the expert status you claim. The price should be negotiated between the seller and buyer. If you have a mint condition low mileage Mach 1 needing a motor than the price he’s asking would be fair. However if you’re driving a thrashed out GT you bought for $2500.00 then yes the price might sound steep. The bottom line is your opinion doesn’t belong on his thread.

To the seller welcome to the site and good luck with your sale!

I'm located in Michigan. I would prefer local pickup but could either meet within a few hours or ship at buyers cost.

I'm asking $3750 which is a steal.
EDIT
$3250 OBO

I don't want to part it out.
PM me if interested.
