2003 F250 speedometer not working

I did the test mode and this is what its doing, No ABS light on or OD light blinking when driving, and when i drive it will stop at where it was stopping in the video. on the test mode i can use the digital speedometer that reads it on the odometer and that reads right. Try checking all the connections to the back of the cluster. Look for any loose connections or corrosion. If that doesn't help then maybe the VSS needs replacing. A bad VSS will create the same issue and its very simple to replace.

Bingo, my guess is the Speed Sensor. Much easier to replace than a cluster.
