What is the easiest and best way to get RPM from 2003 cobra using inovate LC1,I have laptop with Innovate software,tried to email innovate 4 times never get an answer.Thanks for any advice.

You cannot get rpm from an lc-1. Most have an xcal2/3 and use the xcal software, the lc-1 output goes to the analog input of the laptop (serial).
