2003 Cobra 38k mi $23,500 in SE North Carolina

I have a black 03 cobra that I want to sell. Had posted it at 25500 but I thought I'd create a new thread with the new price. It has 38k miles on it and runs great. Every once in a while the car will smoke on start up but Conway Ford has checked it out twice, once at 25k miles and at 36k miles and stated that it was a normal condition and there is nothing wrong with it. Interior is very clean with cobra floor mats. I also had the windows professionally tinted to 15% all the way around. I took the upper pulley off but I still have it and the idler. I had it for 25500 on here but I need to get rid of it so I can save up for a house. The paint is in average shape. You can see "wash" scratches and a few bug guts on the front. I just put brand new tires with falken 275s in front and 315 Nittos in the back. Never been to the strip or had nitrous.
