Fortunate to own both at the same time for a few years. - Both pretty much stock and were very reliable and fun to drive. - Bullitt was raw to drive. It was designed/built with some track style suspension components. - Cobra pulled harder and was more comfortable to drive. - Cobra IRS had some to do with that over Bullitt SRA. - Only issue with Cobra was ignition key turned very hard. I replaced several parts, but was never able to identify the cause. I need to make a follow-up post. Still got the pics. - Only issues with Bullitt: * Minor oil leak on top of block. Never did solve. * Degradated rag joint in steering sector. Installed Borgeson solid steering shaft. Simple fix. I'd bet there are hundreds of Bullitts out there with very spongy steering wheels. - Installed Borla Stingers on Bullitt. That’s how it should have came from the factory, instead of Marvin tuned exhaust. - Also installed JLT CAI on Bullitt. - Today getting some of the parts for either car is an issue. - Between the two, Bullitt was more fun to drive. Because Bullitt.
