I think your assessment of values are close to today's market for cars in excellent condition/mileage.
I don't think you have the raced/damaged car's valve correct. I would say -10,000 minimum.
Also can't forget some hard to find NOS original parts. Front splitter.$1,200
Rear wing. 1,000
Recaro seats.$2,500

You probably have a great deal of time in polishing your bassani exhaust its must look great. Is it on your car? Love to see some pics. I remember reading about someone contacting Bassani about another run on the exhaust kits and them referring to 100 total kits be produced.
As for bassani initially producing 100 kits and with 300 Rs only being made that number makes some sense.

Slight thread drift. Has anyone used their 00R for autocross? Competitively? I raced my very well prepped American Iron fox body in CP classes and found it...OK. Most Mustangs in CP, ESP, etc do not seem to do too well. Too heavy and push too much. I'm thinking of a C5 Z06 or FRC as they're about as close to a "ringer" as one can hope for in their respective classes.

I autocrossed my nearly stock foxbody for a year or 2, in the early 90's. It wasn't great. The whole day, for only a couple minutes of seat time, got old. I quit auto crossing QUICK when I discovered road racing (not in said foxbody, but a dedicated race car)

How about a 93rx7 (baby vette) with a 500hp ls6

Only issue there is you mess up the RX-7, bone stock had 250hp, but only weighs 26xx lbs. While the LS would make it move, it would severely hurt it's ability to turn.

It turns, no drivers aid like a new C7 z06 but it will equal or beat it

If it’s not raced this coming year, my buddy will put it up for sale. Sorry to derail the thread

You said the body/paint is in just about perfect condition. I would weight the value to giving the paint a proper detailing, as well as the wheels, tires, trim. I've the work that @Merlinii (Mike) and @NastyGT500 (Scott) do all a wide range of vehicles. IMO in most cases it adds a bit more value to the car when the exterior and interior are detailed to perfection. Just a thought.
