20" black chrome repro wheels and tire packages...

Looking for 20" black chrome wheels for my black '99...I like the 01/02 wheels. I could have sworn one of the vendors/partners/sponsors sells packages with tires, mounted and balanced already to bolt on, but I can't find them anywhere. Can someone help?
