I don't need this pulley. And unfortunately I had to destroy the hub to remove it. So here is what appears to be a Metco pulley ring.
It measures 2.6".
In the second pic you can see the dings in the back. Also I put the hub next to it if that helps confirm the brand. If someone knows chime in and let me know.
