Congrats on your new 08'. Awesome cars. Pulley, CAI, and tune will certainly wake it up a bit. Going to a 2.50" upper and getting a tune from one of the reputable vendors on SVTP could get you another 20 RWHP, but not a great bang for your buck. The 3.31 gears are great for gas mileage, but switching our to 3.73's was probably the best mod I've made. Made the car sooooo much more fun to drive, but not sure their exact impact on 1/4 mile times. Generally, springs aren't considered a necessary suspension modification to achieve the results you're looking for, Tires are arguably the most important ingredient in this realm. Lower control arms can be a help if you have wheel hop issues. But upper control arms can oftentimes have a bigger impact with hop issues. I run the Roush UCA. No extra NVH and good install. Can certainly get into the 11's with these mods and with your Saleen experience, you're no stranger to drag racing. Just have to get used to the nuances of racing a GT500.
