Bigger injectors- I’d say at least 80#
larger fuel pumps-
MAF
One step cooler spark plugs(NGK TR6)
And dyno or remote tune.

That’s pretty much the basics

Minimum needs: 60s, boost a pump, maf, tr6 plugs, tune.
Other things I'd look into are: idler pulleys and a larger heat exchanger.
The list can go on and on.
Look around on here, this set up is well documented

I agree with the above about 700 on corn. But he'll need more things to support that 700, clutch and trans upgrades, more fuel ect...
What's minimally needed vs room to grow are two different ideas here

I guess no one asked what boost level you plan to run. I believe a 2.3 Whipple makes 15 psi with a stock crank pulley and the supplied 3.5" upper which is perfectly fine for 91 octane. As stated above all you should neeed is 60lb injectors, larger MAF, colder plugs and a tune. Also consider swapping the cold air intake if you're still stock.

Don’t forgot about the clutch ( stock clutch can’t handle more then 500 whp

also transmission 26 spline too . Stock 10 one can only hold 500 whp too

Feel free to correct me
