1999 Contour SVT Timing Chain questions

I have a rattle in my timing chain case. So I am going to put a new chain and guides in. Is there a certain brand I should go with? I want a good quality but dont have a lot of cash to spend on it.

Is there a video somewhere on the replacement ofthe timing chain. Or steps on what to do. Trying to see how big of a job it is going to be.

I doubt it; IIRC its a matter of pulling the timing cover...and in the car that is going to be a huge PITA.
